Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey completed on January 5, 2023 found that Sunny Days Adult Living Center, Inc., had corrected the deficiencies cited under PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced onsite relicensure survey completed on November 3, 2022.
